traditions and cultural events are of great importance. The Romanian
Opera of Timișoara, the "Banatul" Philarmonic Orchestra, the "Mihai
Eminescu" National Theatre of Timișoara, the "Csiky Gergely"
Hungarian Theatre, the German State Theatre, as well as other
institutions in the field have deep traditions and influence the cultural
and spiritual groups of the inhabitants of Timișoara.
